Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
    1 can nacho cheese or Cheddar cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
    grated Cheddar cheese as desired
    shredded lettuce
    sliced black olives
    chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook rice as directed on package; set aside.
    Brown beef and onion; drain.
    Add taco seasoning, tomatoes and chilies.
    Mix well and cook over low heat until heated through.
