Creamy Pumpkin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    17 oz. pkg. refrigerated ready to slice sugar cookie dough
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    16 oz. can pumpkin
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Slice cookie dough into 1/4-inch slices.
    Place slices in rows in 13 x 9 x 2-inch ungreased pan; press to edges and corners.
    In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla; mix at low speed until well blended.
    Add egg; mix well.
    Spread mixture over cookie base.
    In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, cloves, pumpkin, milk and eggs; mix well.
    Carefully pour pumpkin mixture over cream cheese layer.
    Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool; refrigerate.
