Cherry Jubilee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pitted black Bing cherries
    2/3 c. Brandy
    1/3 c. Cointreau liqueur
    ice cream
Preparation
    Heat the cherries; drain. Heat the Brandy slightly and pour over the cherries. Add the Cointreau. Put a match to liquid and serve over ice cream while it burns.
