Foiled Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small zucchini
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated Parmesan cheese
    margarine
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Place sliced zucchini on double strength foil, one zucchini for each person.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Parmesan.
    Add dab of margarine and 1 tablespoon water.
    Wrap carefully.
    Cook on coals about 15 minutes.
