Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
pepper
Preparation

Melt butter.
Blend all ingredients, except hash browns, together well.
Mix creamed mixture into hash browns.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
