Green Chile Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, cubed *
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can chopped green chiles
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can hominy
    garlic to taste
    2 c. beef broth *
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of olive oil. Sprinkle flour over meat. Add onions and cook until tender. Add chiles, garlic, broth, tomatoes, hominy, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer slowly until meat is tender.
