Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    enchilada shells
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and heat.
    Lay shells in baking dish. Fill with chicken mixture (reserving a little to pour on top) and fold shells once. Pour the reserved chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
