Two Minute Fudge (Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box confectioners sugar, sifted
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. nuts or 1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    In 2-quart glass bowl, combine sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla (mixture will be too stiff to thoroughly blend in dry ingredients).
    Place margarine in middle of bowl.
    Microwave on 100% power for 2 minutes.
    Stir vigorously until smooth.
    Blend in nuts or peanut butter.
    Spread fudge in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Let chill 1 hour in refrigerator or 30 minutes in freezer.
    Keep refrigerated.
