Oodles Shrimp Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Oriental flavor Oodles of Noodles (or Ramen noodles)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 to 2 sliced carrots, slightly cooked
    mushrooms (optional)
    3/4 lb. shrimp
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. water
    toasted sesame seed
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Cook noodles in 3 cups boiling water for 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Stir-fry onions until softened. Add carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry until onions are slightly brown (may also add slightly cooked broccoli).
    Remove vegetables from skillet and stir-fry shrimp.
    Replace veggies and add noodles, seasonings, lemon juice and 1/4 cup water.
    Toss and heat through.
    Serve with sesame seed and lemon wedges.
