Sugar-Free Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon sugar-free gelatin
    1 large pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding
    2 2/3 c. sweet milk
    light Cool Whip
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Bring water to a boil and add to gelatin.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add milk to pudding mix and blend.
    Add dissolved gelatin to cream cheese and pudding mix. Beat with mixer until well blended.
    Pour into prepared graham cracker pie crust.
    Put light Cool Whip on top when pie is set.
