Chicken Napoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 chicken breasts, cubed
    1/2 cauliflower, separated into florets
    2 potatoes, pared and diced
    2 carrots, pared and sliced
    2 squash (yellow and/or zucchini), cubed
    2 onions, sliced
    1 red or green pepper, sliced
    2 stalks celery, cut in diagonal slices
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
Preparation
    Place chicken and veggies in 4-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Add tomatoes, garlic powder, bouillon, Mrs. Dash and water.
    Sprinkle with dill.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Stir after 1 hour.
    The flavor continues to develop as the casserole stands.
    Serves 6.
