Hamburger Casserole Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice or pasta (spaghetti)
    1 1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef (leave in large chunks), onion, mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Add defrosted spinach to beef mixture.
    Mix soup, sour cream and cooked rice or pasta together; add to hamburger mixture.
    Put entire mixture in casserole dish.
    Layer Jack cheese on top.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0, until hot and cheese is melted.
