Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
1 c. hot water
2 c. fresh ripe peaches, sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice
1 baked pie crust
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix together cornstarch, sugar and Jell-O; add water.
Cook until thick.
Cool until very thick.
Mix in peaches.
Pour into pie crust and pile higher.
Top with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
