Tasty Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 c. cooked, chopped chicken
    1 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    2 c. crushed potato chips
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise and 1/2 cup water in a mixing bowl.
    Add next 8 ingredients; mix well.
    Fold in 1 1/2 cups of potato chips and eggs.
    Place in a large casserole.
    Top with remaining potato chips.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
