Venison Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cut-up and browned venison
4 large chopped onions
1 bay leaf
salt to taste
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 tsp. curry powder
pinch of ground cardamon
Preparation

Boil until tender; thicken with cornstarch or flour.
Serve over noodles or rice.
