Tecie Blairs Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolk, add Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice and rind and stir; set aside.
    Beat egg whites.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar and cream of tartar, beat until peaks are formed.
    Fold into other mixture. Pour into baked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until slightly browned.
