Iron Skillet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 clove or 1/2 tsp. garlic
    1 to 2 lb. boneless chicken
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well and soak chicken for 15 minutes.
    Drain and pan-fry in hot iron skillet 8 minutes per side or until done. Chicken should be browned well on both sides.
