7-Up Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) lime gelatin
    1 3/4 c. 7-Up (diet)
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. crushed nuts
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine 7-Up and marshmallows in top of double boiler.
    Cook until marshmallows are melted.
    Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
    Have cheese at room temperature and place in bowl; add hot mixture slowly to cheese, beating until smooth.
    Add pineapple and nuts.
    Chill, covered, with plastic wrap until partially set. Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour into 2-quart mold or 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Refrigerate, covered, until firm.
    Delicious.
