Rosemary Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. small new potatoes
6 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 large garlic cloves
1/2 c. chopped parsley, 1 Tbsp. minced thyme, 1 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary (any combination of fresh herbs)
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
cayenne pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Scrub potatoes and pat dry. In large roasting pan, melt butter and oil over moderate heat. Add herbs and spices and mix well. Add potatoes and roll them in mixture to coat. Bake about 40 minutes, until potatoes are tender, basting occasionally.
