Rolled Oats Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/4 lb. oleo
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix oats and boiling water.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Cream brown sugar, white sugar and oleo.
Add eggs and oat mixture.
Add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Pour into greased cake loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
While cake is baking, make icing.
