Blackberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. washed blackberries
    5 c. sugar
    water
    Sure-Jell
Preparation
    Put berries in a pan and cover with water.
    Bring to a boil. Mash berries and strain thorough cheesecloth.
    Use 3 1/2 cups juice to 1 package of Sure-Jell.
    Bring to a rapid boil; add sugar and bring to a boil.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Pour into jelly glasses and seal.
