Meat Balls For Hot Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
Preparation
    Mix first 9 ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls.
    In a skillet, brown meat balls in shortening.
    Take meat balls out of skillet and pour out fat.
    In same skillet, heat chili and grape jelly until all of jelly is dissolved.
    Add meat balls and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
