Cowboy Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked black beans
    1/2 c. chopped green olives
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 cloves finely chopped garlic
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped fine
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. diced red pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cream cheese, eggs, green onions and fresh red pepper.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Spread cream cheese on serving dish.
    Spoon bean mixture evenly over cream cheese.
    Arrange egg on bean mixture.
    Sprinkle with green onions and red pepper.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Serves 6.
