Buttermilk Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    5 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald buttermilk (it will appear curdled).
    Stir in salt, sugar and margarine.
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    When buttermilk mixture has cooled, add softened yeast.
    Add flour and baking soda; mix.
    Let set two minutes; knead.
    Let set another two minutes and knead again.
    Let rise in a warm place until about doubled in size.
