Prejesnac - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 lb. Jack cheese, cut up
1 c. whole wheat flour (or half whole wheat and half white)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. melted butter
3 to 4 cloves chopped garlic
2 bunches fresh spinach
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order.
Pour into flat baking dish (about 10 x 15-inch) and bake for 35 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until slightly browned.
Cut immediately into squares.
Delicious for main dish or hors d'oeuvres.
Other green vegetables may be substituted, or in combinations:
broccoli, Swiss chard, beet tops, zucchini or summer squash.
