Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mild Ro-Tel with chiles
    1 can enchilada sauce (red)
    1 can enchilada sauce (white)
    2 c. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
    round tortilla chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown onion and ground beef.
    Drain. Add and mix all remaining canned items in a large skillet over low heat.
    Layer chips, meat mixture and cheese in a large casserole dish.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
