Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, cut up
    1 green pepper, chopped
    margarine
    mushrooms, optional
    1 clove garlic, minced
    oregano to taste
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/8 c. cooking sherry
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pepper in margarine.
    Remove and set aside.
    Brown steak, mushrooms and garlic in skillet.
    Add oregano, catsup, sherry and one tomato.
    Steam, covered until meat is tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook until just heated.
    Serve over rice.
