Holiday Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen deep-dish pie crust
    1 can deviled ham
    dash of pepper
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. green pepper (optional)
    1 Tbsp. red pepper (optional)
    1 c. light cream
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare unpricked pie crust on cookie sheet and bake 6 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0. Combine ham, hard-cooked eggs, both cheeses, beaten eggs, cream and pepper.
    Sprinkle with peppers.
    Pour in pie crust and bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
