Herbed Mustard Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. honey mustard
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 shallot, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. fresh marjoram, chopped
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Blend first five ingredients with hand held blender until smooth.
    Stir in cheese, marjoram and pepper.
    Chill for 1 hour. Serve over mixed salad.
