Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. small salad noodles
    1 c. condensed milk (sweetened Eagle Brand)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped sweet peppers
    1 c. chopped carrots
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package instructions.
    Cool and drain off water.
    Add mayo, condensed milk and salt and pepper to taste, then add vegetables.
    Keep refrigerated.
