Chicken And Pork Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vinegar
1 head garlic, crushed
10 pieces peppercorn
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 chicken, cut into pieces or use chicken legs or thighs
1/4 lb. pork, cut in inch pieces x 2-inches
Preparation

Combine the ingredients and soak the chicken and pork for 30 minutes, then add 1/2 cup water and simmer until tender.
Serve with rice.
