Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5-7 tart apples
    9 inch unbaked pie shell
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup sugar
    3/4 cup all purpose flour
    6 Tbsp butter
Preparation
    Pare apples, core and cut into eighths. Arrange in pie shell. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Mix 1/3 cup sugar with flour, cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35-45 minutes until done. If pie browns too quickly, cover edge with foil. Cool. Pass with whipped cream, if desired.
