Chicken With Vegetables In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts or fillets
    3 onions, quartered
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 tsp. garlic (fresh)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sliced carrots
Preparation
    Brown chicken and garlic in oil; add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover and continue cooking until most of liquid is gone.
    Makes 6 servings.
