Turkey Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    3 (6 3/4 oz.) cans Hormel chunk turkey, drained and flaked
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
    1 (9-inch) refrigerated pie crust
Preparation
    Stir mayonnaise and flour in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Gradually add milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened. Stir in turkey and vegetables.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Place pie crust over casserole (pressing edges to seal).
    Cut several holes in crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
