Yum-Yum Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. corn oil
    2 lb. white potatoes, cut into quarters or wedges or thirds
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Coat potatoes with oil.
    Place raw potatoes and remaining oil if any in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over potatoes. Bake at 450\u00b0 until done, about 40 minutes, mixing occasionally. Smells and tastes heavenly.
