Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 red peppers
    6 green peppers
    6 large onions
    1 stalk celery, chopped fine
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions.
    Combine with celery.
    Pour boiling water over and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Drain well and squeeze out excess water.
    Add rest of ingredients and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
    Pickling spice may be added if desired.
