Dark Chocolate Cake With Peanut Butter Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. water
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda in bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, mix water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Add previous dry mix to wet. Mix. Stir quickly. Don't overmix. Pour in pan. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Mix milk, peanut butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla to frost cake. You can add more peanut butter for stronger taste.
