Cube Steak Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 to 4 Cube Steaks
1 to 2 large Onions
1 can Beer
1 pkg. Beef Gravy Mix

Preparation

Cut up large onions to taste in crock pot.
Place cube steaks in pot.
Cover with one can of beer (alcohol evaporates while cooking).
Simmer gently 4-6 hours until tender.
Thicken with package of beef gravy mix as desired.
