Roasted Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes; cut each lengthwise into 6 wedges.
    Place butter and oil into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish; set in oven to melt butter.
    Add potatoes; toss to coat well with butter mixture.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Bake for 1 hour or until tender, turning potatoes occasionally.
