Turkey And Ham In Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
    1 c. cooked ham, cubed
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. cream
    3 Tbsp. hot sauce
    2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Heat butter in chafing dish or skillet; blend in flour, salt, dry
    mustard
    and
    pepper.\tHeat until mixture bubbles, stirring constantly.
    Remove
    from
    heat;
    gradually
    stir in chicken broth and cream.\tReturn to heat and boil rapidly 1 or 2\tminutes, stirring.
    Add
    hot
    sauce to slightly beaten egg yolks.
    Blend at\tonce
    and
    add\tto
    mixture in pan;
    cook 2 minutes on\tlow heat.
    Add turkey, ham and ripe olives.
    Heat through.
    Serve
    on toast points, waffles or in patty shells. May also\tbe
    layered with macaroni in a casserole.
    End with cream sauce layer.\tMakes 6 servings.
