Snow Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. cream
little salt
2 tsp. vanilla
clean white snow

Preparation

Start with chilled bowl.
Beat eggs and sugar, adding cream gradually, until fluffy.
Add salt and vanilla.
Mix well.
Then add clean, white snow until thickness of ice cream.
Serve gently.
