Broccoli And Celery Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2 pie crusts
    2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. celery, sliced thin
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 to 2 c. Coffee-mate
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. broccoli, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Saute onion and celery in margarine. Lightly beat eggs and Coffee-mate.
    Add other ingredients and pour into pastry shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
