Dilled Garden Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) carton 1% low-fat cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    dash of coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
    Place cottage cheese and vinegar in container of an electric blender or food processor.
    Top with cover and process until smooth.
    Combine cottage cheese mixture, green onions and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Stir well.
