Whip Up A Cream That Won'T Sink(Polly'S Pointers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin less 1 tsp.
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (or other flavor, if desired)
Preparation
    This stabilized whipped cream tastes great!
    This will hold up even overnight in the refrigerator!
    It's perfect when you want to prepare cream topping or a filled dessert ahead of time.
