Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar; stir in flour, salt, vanilla and pecans.
Mix well; mold into balls about one-inch in diameter. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. While cookies are still warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
