Molded Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. apple juice
    1 large unpeeled apple, finely chopped
    1/2 c. finely diced celery
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1/4 c. Basic Cheese Sauce
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water.
    Add apple juice and chill until syrupy.
    Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into a 1-quart mold.
    Chill until set.
