Gouda Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick grits
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. Gouda cheese or smokey Gouda, grated
    1 small can evaporated milk (5 oz.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook grits according to package directions.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Garnish with paprika and grate more Gouda on top.
    Place under broiler to melt.
