Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can chopped green chilies
1 medium onion, finely chopped
16 to 18 tortillas
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Preparation

Combine soup, milk, chilies and onion in a large bowl. Dip half the tortillas in soup mixture, then place in 9-inch round casserole. Sprinkle with 3/4 of the cheese.
Dip remaining tortillas in the soup mixture and place in casserole. Pour remainder of soup mixture over the casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
