Chocolate Pound Cake - Fudge Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Cream the butter, shortening and sugar. Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add dry ingredients and milk alternately, about 1/3 at a time, beating constantly. Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add vanilla. Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
