Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    If 3 pound roast, mix the salt, pepper and brown sugar and rub well into all sides of the meat.
    Place in casserole.
    Add a small amount of water (approximately 3 tablespoons).
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cover until done.
    (Roasting time is approximately 30 to 35 minutes per pound of beef.
    If it is a boneless, rolled roast, increase time about 10 minutes per pound.)
